A UK-based engineering studio that designs and fabricates pressure vessels, piping systems and plant equipment: spool pieces, flanges, bespoke valves and pipe stands built to your exact spec, engineered before they're built.
Our Mission
CADRILL is growing beyond design into fabricated plant equipment. Spool pieces cut to any custom length, flanges to ASME B16.5 and BS EN 1092-1, bespoke fabricated valves for bulk material handling, and pipe stands fabricated to the exact height, size and material your installation calls for (carbon steel, stainless steel or galvanized) rather than whatever a catalogue happens to stock.
Because we fabricate this equipment ourselves at volume, we can supply it for less than commissioning a one-off job through a fabricator directly, without cutting corners on material certification, weld quality or dimensional accuracy.
And design remains at the core of what we do. Where a project needs more than an off-the-shelf part, our design service covers full 3D modelling, manufacture-ready drawings and technical specifications, so whatever we build for you is engineered correctly from the first line, not figured out on the shop floor.
Who We Are
CADRILL is a UK-based mechanical design studio with over a decade of hands-on experience across heavy industry, pressure vessels, bunded tanks, vacuum jet tankers, robotic systems, site service equipment and domestic appliance design.
We work directly with fabricators, site operators and plant engineers to produce fully detailed, manufacture-ready designs, 3D models, drawings and specifications that get built without ambiguity.
Alongside design and drafting, we offer 3D scanning services, so existing parts can be captured, reverse engineered and taken from scan to finished CAD model under one roof.
Based in Liverpool, open to projects across the UK.
